There are apps specifically to prevent this sort of behavior. Many of them can be configured to chide the person for not repsecting boundaries. My favorite was one I had back in the Android 4.x days which took selfies of the holder, inevitably up their nose at an unflattering angle, if they kept trying to swipe. For some reason people were always ready to stop and hand the phone back in a big hurry once that was happening.

Well thay's a good way to make sure you're never getting to borrow a phone again.

I let my girlfriend have my phone but otherwise, no. But i'm on the other side of the spectrum as well, i don't want someone's phone. I don't want to see what's on it and people's cluttered ass homescreen and the nightmare apps they have installed give me anxiety

Learn how to use guided access on iOS (don’t know if something similar exists on android) it’s incredible, you can limit which parts of the touch screen are functional or disable it entirely, as well as disabling other functionality

Easiest fix is to zoom in a tiny bit so swiping just pans the photo instead of gesturing your genitals into view

I have every installed app on my homescreen. My ADHD likes it but my autism hates it. We compromised by sorting them carefully into folders
