The Dutch Institute for Vulnerability Disclosure (DIVD) says an automated AI agent breached its network after exploiting a technical vulnerability. DIVD described the attack as “loud and very, very messy” and believes the agent was poorly trained, leaving behind enough evidence for investigators.
