[Shameless self-promotion no.2] I wrote this PyQt6 desktop app that plays livestreams via Streamlink and lets you clip them. It opens a stream, keeps a rolling local buffer, and lets you grab a clip of something that already happened — not just from the moment you hit record. No browser, no login, no telemetry, no "engagement."
Python 3.12+, needs Not a startup, not a product, no roadmap deck. Just a small tool that does one thing. Patches and complaints welcome. AI disclaimerAI is a tool. I use it to generate unit tests, or to rename/refactor something, or other trivial/menial tasks. I've been writing code for 30+ years so I think I know when and for what to use it. |
