Getting diagnosed and medicated for adhd. Ghad dham, what a difference. So not only am I better able to function, I also have a lot more empathy for my fumbles. |

Getting diagnosed and medicated for adhd. Ghad dham, what a difference. And it opened the door for me to examine my own behaviour and try to understand why I do things the way I do. So not only am I better able to function, I also have a lot more empathy for my fumbles.
Same, it blows my mind how struggling in the dark I was prior. Not that I dont struggle still but nowhere even close |
