Little boobs look so good with piercings and tbh I think it would help them look a bit pokier, why can't I have nipple piercings this is a crime

If you're looking to avoid your nipples being sore and hurty, nipple piercings may not be the best choice right now.

I pierced my nips pretty early on in my transition and I can't recommend it. I was sore before and it hurt like hell when doing it and pretty much the entire day I couldn't move much because of the pain. I haven't had any complications, but I did take really good care of the piercings afterwards. Sprayed with piercing aftercare at least twice a day for at least three months until they completely healed. It can take up to a year to fully heal but proper care will likely help speed up the healing.

I don't regret doing it, but in hindsight I probably should've waited.

i knew a gal who got nipple piercings bc hers were inverted, and apparently getting them pierced can alleviate pain from that.

only applicable if you have inverted nipples, but a good PSA for anyone who does!

Related point: nipple is probably the most painful piercing. Hubby had a price Albert too and said nipples are way worse.

You should be prepared for the possibility you may need to. You will probably need to change your jewellery though as you get growth even if you do keep the piercings.

I ultimately let mine go before I started HRT, but mine had never settled down and fully healed, so I didn't want to deal with that whilst HRT was doing its thing.

I've had both nipples and a PA done, and honestly, the PA hurt more than the nipples.

Crazy how subjective it is
