Anonaddy.com was an email forwarding service which uniquely featured PGP support. That is, users could upload their public key to Anonaddy and the forwarding server would encrypt all traffic to the recipient’s normal (protected) email address. This ensured that the last email provider in the chain (such as shitty surveillance advertisers like Google) could not read the payload. Seems dead now. It now redirects to addy.io which just times out. Either they are dead or they are blocking Tor. The server software is FOSS and apparently still maintained: https://github.com/anonaddy/anonaddy Apparently the website has a repo also: https://github.com/anonaddy/addy.io updateaddy.io is online now. Sometimes the login page times out. Seems to have some latency fussiness. Cool new feature: it strips out tracking pixels from emails before forwarding. |
