I have this "Spongebob" "DS game" that lets my 3DS have and play like a hundred GameBoy Advance games or something, is there a way I can load it with SNES roms or some other way to get SNES games?

3DS are pretty easy to softmod, and then you can install homebrew emulators. I can't recall if an SNES emulator is available, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was. I do know I can play GBA and DS games on my softmodded 3DS LL.

EDIT: bingo

What you have is a flash cart, it has nothing to do with the SpongeBob cartoon/franchise (though it may be illegally using the character in its branding).

What the flash cart does is, it presents itself as a 3DS game to the 3DS handheld, but it lets you load code (ROMs) that the game can run. The 3DS can natively run DS, DSi, GBA, GBC, and GB games.

You can find some Super NES games that were ported to those handhelds, like for example A Link to the Past was ported to GBA.

If you jailbreak your 3DS, you can use RetroArch to run Super NES games. Note that the "New" 3DS can run Super NES games ported directly to 3DS; however, Nintendo has locked these files out of running on the OG and XL 3DS models (if it doesn't have the C-button/joystick). There are probably still ways to get those games running.

Also, if you jailbreak your 3DS, you won't need the flashcart anymore, you can just copy the ROMs right to the 3DS.

You can run RetroArch on any fairly modern iPhone or Android phone, too, so running Super NES games on a handheld is most likely not outside your reach, even if you didn't have a 3DS.

Yes. The LL is actually just what the XL was called in Japan.

Well, I don't know about the red 3DS XL, but I jailbroke my blue 3DS XL. Actually, it was my wife's. She was never really a gamer, but she wanted to be one. She bought it, played it for about a week, then it started collecting dust. Same with the Switch. I can't believe how many hours I put into Animal Crossing. It wasn't out of spite, either. Anyway, yes, you can jailbreak your 3DS XL, and it's pretty easy to do. There are some pretty good guides on YouTube. I'm not delving that far back in my history to find the one I followed.

The 3DS XL takes SD cards, not microSD. However, you can put the microSD card into an SD adapter and it should work.
