The problem with beets is health scare the next day before you remember you had beets.

Hell no.

Me at 50: My reflexes are starting to slip. Time to play Touhou shoot-em-up video games until I fix that!

If you do any kind of endurance exercise, beets are like very mild doping, except all the side effects are healthy too.

They help with blood flow to your muscles, reduce inflammation, help with red blood cell count, have high water content AND are high in several crucial vitamins and minerals AND dietary fiber.

If you're not crazy about the taste, just mix them in a smoothie with healthy things you DO like. Your body will thank you. Probably not literally, though. Hopefully 🤷🏻

Beets are great, and you know where they are unexpectedly great in? Hummus!

Hot take: I'd much rather have Dwight as a friend than Jim. He's eccentric and he's the butt of the jokes, but he's shown to be an incredibly reliable friend. He's always there to help any time someone asks, he's knowledgeable about a lot of practical matters and is happy to share that knowledge, he's enthusiastic about his interests, and he's loyal to his friends. Jim might have some of those traits, too, but we don't really see it - his primary personality trait is just being a charismatic jokester.

Neither, beets are a root vegetable.

My trolling was highly ineffective. Beats were also headphones, not speakers.
