I once forced myself out of a psychosomatic rehab because the people in charge were not good at handling my issues (aside from the rehab goal misaligning with my goal, I lost weight while being already under weight, their dietitian didn't know what fructose malabsorption was, and their only solution was: just eat more! It's all your own fault).
The day before I was allowed to leave, the therapist made a nice point in telling me how much this shows that I have issues with authorities and order and that I urgently have to work on this. As if questioning whether a person in charge is actually able to be so, is the same as questioning the whole system itself? How should I trust someone that only showed incompetence so far and doesn't seem to act in my interest, just because they managed to get a specific title?
