“I only started adding salt to my porridge for the competition and quickly realised that it really brings out the nuances and different aromas, and makes it taste much better.”

Her porridge was so good even without salt that just the salt made it competition-worthy? Damn!

I'm absolutely not surprised at all that a Dutch person won. Having Dutch parents, porridge was a staple morning food.
