Isn't this the episode that Sideshow Bob runs for mayor?

I think this is the scene where Bart is listening to the radio in class using headphones. Bob comes on and rages against the system imprisoning him for "Attempted Murder". And the scene ends with the not "Rush Limbaugh" radio host announcing that he is going to try get Bob released from prison. Leading to Bart screaming "nooooo" and running out of the classrooms.
