Venezuela's offers to exploit resources means they've learned to not fuck around with US

Venezuela has never threatened US. PVDSA funding its government budget is a natural organization for using a nation's resources. US needing to corrupt those resources/profits, and calling any resistance to the idea "fucking around with US", is supremacism.
