I doubt someone growing up in the 2000s will have watched little mermaid. A person at work said that one of the oldest films they can recall watching is Shrek. Little mermaid was older when Shrek came out then Shrek is now so I can totally see people having not ever seen it.

One with Teri Polo and Charles Dance, the film of the musical, a silent version........ I think there's a cartoon version but I can't remember exactly? (Damn it - now I might have to look it up!!)

Okay - here's the thing about "awful companies"

If I listened to everyone who said "OH NO! YOU HAVE TO BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY BECAUSE.........." then I would literally not be able to buy food, petrol, drinks, electricity, gas or anything.

At a certain point - I can't remember when - I decided that I coculd either be a completely ethical and moral person or just say "screw it - the world is a crappy place and honestly there's very little I can do about it"

I don't kill. I don't molest people. I don't steal. I don't blow things up. For the most part I think I am a relatively good person.

these are not just movies dude, they are folklore embedded in western culture. like most Americans have never read the Constitution, but they know that it exists.
