By "trash" I mean it was a bunch of leftovers thrown together. Such leftovers include half an eggplant, half a yellow squash, half a zucchini, half can of Spam, half pound of jalapeños, half a yellow onion, half a shaker of curry powder, half boiled potatoes, half peeled taro root, and one full can of coconut milk.

I fried the veggies and spam separately to get some good maillard, then added them back after dumping the coconut milk.

It was a joke I probably reached too hard for.
