And that boys and girls, is why you never take a job in anticipation of bonuses. If the base pay isn't high enough, don't take the job.

Same idea with RSUs. That shit ain't compensation until it's liquid, and if the stock price tumbles just before you can sell what little you manage to vest, well sucks to be you.
