I used to do the voice for IVR phone systems until 2019 when AWS integrated Alexa voice and overnight all of the work stopped. Literally, it was September I saw Alexa and by October all clients moved to the integrated voice menus.

She's not disclosing the client at all, apparent fear of litigation due to how libel laws operate differently in the Philippines (also why we don't have any political satire for almost 40 years because fear of violent reprisal from politicians and moneyed private citizens).
