The state is literally just an entity that has a monopoly on violence. Pretty much everything else it does stems from that. |

Without violence, law do not exist. When you study laws, the first thing you learn is that without penalty, a law is virtual and will never be applied |

Sadly, it seems like that's what it takes to make sure we as a society can have nice things without some asshole fucking things up for everyone. |
