Ran into this W&B and found it kinda fascinating, first razor I bought this year. I've seen blades etched with Washington, Napoleon, branding for various hotels and hardware stores, souvenirs of the world expo, German cities, ships, etc. Compared to making a razor it was cheap to etch one so I imagine they put whatever they figured would sell. But from the look of it Mackenzie wasn't even prime minister yet when this was sold, I wonder if some of his friends had it made for his campaign as a joke?
