lucky you. belt bag is war crime level of fashion. down here pretty much every thug and loan shark in the area had one and it is still considered a poor taste accessory.

Southeast US, so it’s entirely possible we were on a 5-10 year fashion lag. Although I’d consider this less like 80s hair because it’s not teased and blown to high heaven.

NE US for me... don't know too much about the South, but I remember some of you really went for the foundation back in the day.

It's crazy how isolated Southern culture is from the mainstream. Matthew Maconaughy (?) is the closest to a Southern accent I think I've heard on TV, and I don't know that HBO even counts.
