Giiirl. You are not your problems. Asking for help is not a weakness. Receiving help is not shameful. Showing empathy to someone vulnerable feels good. The commenters sending you good vibes feel good for doing it. It's a kind of communion. Self-reliance is bullshit.

Regarding any potential mental disorder, you'll have to work with an actual doctor to figure that out with them. I have my disorders, my friends have theirs, my daughter has hers'. Psychology is kind of "overpathologized" right now, but it's really useful for finding strategies that help us deal with our own personal flavor of trauma.

I'm so happy I can make a little difference for you! It gets better, it really does. Same date one year ago I was a dysfunctional mental mess on sick leave. I received a lot of support, professional and from family. I slowly rebuilt myself, then I made the changes I needed to live. Now I'm in a genuinely good place. It's entirely possible. Actually at one point it becomes inevitable. From what I see of you, you're gonna have a blast with life on the other side of that bump. So hang in there and bon appétit, those pizzas sound yummy!!

Normal is a nonsense term when applied to human beings; there's no such thing as a normal person and there never has been. You are You, as unique and different and beautifully weird as anyone else. Also the trans community is huge, there's plenty of space. Make yourself at home, I'm glad you're here.

Since we're on the topic of mental illness and you bring up being undeserving, I'll share something someone once told me that helped me think about what I deserve: there's a difference between deserving something and being entitled to it, and people often conflate the two terms. Deserving kind words means you are worthy of receiving them, it has nothing to do with any obligation of others to give them to you. My words are my own to give to whomever I wish, and your deserving them puts no burden on me. They are given freely and gladly. You deserve kindness. I hope your evening passes with ease and comfort, and that the future brings you more good days and fewer bad ❤️

i have bpd and bipolar too... along with other stuff (major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, etc)..
i definitively had to deal with similar depressive and spiralling episodes, like the one you've been describing.. but yeah, you're not a failure at all just for struggling.. and like, you will be always welcome here no matter what..

and like.. normality as a concept, is a subjective mess..
and also like, i'd rather be weird and abnormal if that also means, me being happy, free, full of energy and love, etc.. rather than complying with the cisheteronormative, patriarchal and overall bs society, where i was closeted and didn't tell anyone about me being transfem for years (while also being dead inside, due to the dysphoria and etc), until i finally got out of the closet in 2021 and started breaking free :3

but yeah.. you're not evil or whatever, just for struggling and just for not complying with what a bs society thinks is "normal".. we (as the community) will be there for you, if you need someone to talk to
