From an email I sent to their support in 2022, their games are DRM-free. And I remember testing some games here and there over the years and indeed, they would work fine after download. So for those that got anything from them, be directly through the store, through Amazon Prime codes, codes bundled from physical releases, etc., please make sure to back them up!

Given that they do have an official customer support email address, them also sharing an 'official' Gmail account seems a bit unprofessional.
