This is definitely one of those it is so bad it is good, but boy, is it bad. It is low budget, really low budget. The SWAT van is a crew member's cargo van (complete with lace curtains) and you can see the SWAT team trying to go off camera and then go back into the back of the van so the same actors can come out again making it look like they are more of them.

And who could forget the vacusapien, a doll's head and limbs attached to a dusbuster.

It looks like vudu and tubi both have the full movie available. It was on YouTube at one point, but since I refuse to log into YouTube I am unable to view it any longer.

Judging by the poster, you might think this is just a typical B-movie, but it's anything but.

A very nice example of outsider cinema.
