I made mashed potatoes with garlic rosemary butter and sour cream, chicken stock rosemary onion gravy, and roasted brussels sprouts with parmesan, bacon, pecans, and shallots. i had almost no leftovers between almost a dozen people. it went extraordinarily well. 😁

Loooove a good potluck and my goodness, THAT looks like it was a good potluck! The rosemary throughout is a nice touch. I'm gonna have to steal that brussels sprout combo, it sounds really good.

i had hoped to put a small handful of halved cranberries in the sprouts for the occasional burst of sweet tart but the grocery store was out. also, and i dont think i've ever said this before, but i think i put too much parmesan on top. it was hard to separate servings.

Cranberries are a great idea! Yum! As long as the parm still tasted good, I bet no one was judging haha
