Seems to be a guide about how to be a draft dodger during wartime. Actively hunted by the Ukraine authorities. Been on the run for years. Claims not to be pro russia but seems go out of his way to undermine the war effort. Definitely not a "survival guide". |

Being conscripted and forced to fight is pretty much the exact opposite of a survival strategy, but you do you 🤷 |
