This game really is just one of a kind experience even among the many jrpgs. Almost 10 years late but WOW, what a game this was. That ending E was worth it.

I have played some 80 JRPGs but nothing was as unique as nier. So many different variations in gameplay from shoot em up to side scroller, full platinum 3D action AND THE WHOLE ROUTE TO OBTAIN ENDING E, WITHOUT SPOILING, The song "Weight of the World" my god it was amazing.

I am way too late but so glad, I played it. Finished replicant too right after, although that one has a great story just forced in a pretty poorly designed game.

Keichi Okabe is already among my Fav composers alongside Motoi sakuraba, Takahiro Unisuga, Hayato Sonoda, Yukihiro Jindo and Masayoshi Soken.
