There’s some interesting context here because some time ago “railed” was said far more in a male context. Even Urban Dictionary defines it in a somewhat male context (“The act of dicking someone down hard.”)

So, depending on how the term was interpreted, people may have been more confused than thinking she was saying she was going to “dick them down.”
