The headline makes it seem more serious than it is.

It’s a Halloween contest for $28,000 and a metal Pringles can, because the inventor of the Pringles can was famously partially interred in one when he died in 2008.

The metal Pringles can is actually really cute, there’s an image in the article. The cartoonish Pringles man has Xs over his eyes!
