I had these on VHS growing up! It was a box set of 3 separate tapes. I used to watch them all the time. One of the sequences has a fish who is romancing/romanced by a bird in a cage. It's always stuck with me and funnily enough one of my favorite bands is Fish in a Birdcage.

I'll guarantee that if I did one of the dance sequences,my sisters would join me and know exactly what I was doing.

Thanks for posting this!!

That bird would be an amazing reaction gif.

Damn this brings back some memories. Shame it's a bit of a poor conversion. Laserdisk was only ever 440 lines at 30 interlaced frames not 1080 60. Still better than my VHS rip despite all the flaws of the conversion. I was actually able to recover the fields and do a proper IVTC and recover the true 24fps video. My old VHS dump was a bit too fuzzy for that.

It did get a DVD release as well, though I'm not sure if anyone has uploaded that version to YouTube.

Hehe drop it into handbrake. Though to be fair, the only way the dvd would likely be superior is that the colors wouldn't be blown out as bad. Might retain a little bit more detail. But still it's a good bit of late 80's early 90s nostalgia. :)
