The new Brisbane logo with descriptions of its components

Transcription of image

The Brisbane Broncos logo is a right-facing head of a horse inside a shield, with the word "BRISBANE" above it. A curved stripe gives shape to the horse's head. The image shows the logo, with explanations of different components.

The name of this great city: So, no matter how far we go, people know

The mighty bronco: Eyes front, staring unflinchingly into the future

The shield: Representing our past, the foundation from which we build upon

The stripe: Our Brisbane River, relentlessly flowing forward.
