Simple Kaffa is from Taiwan, they won some awards with their coffee that they proudly sell in Taipei 101.

I made this is my aeropress this morning. It’s a beautiful coffee. Rich flavor, a bit acidic.

Very nice! I’d love to see the brew if you figure it out. Maybe try posting a picture in the comments? I know with Voyager it’s really easy to to multiple pictures or pictures in comments but I’m not sure on other clients.

Seriously though, hope it is yummy.

Maybe it’s made with despair. It’s certainly acidic enough to make that claim.

I enjoy it. But I also enjoy that type of flavor profile.
