Is the suspect the adult? WHAT IF THE SUSPECT WAS A CHILD?

Edit: the perpetrator was basically a child, with access to a shotgun and ~60 rounds. :-(

The suspect was 16, and was shot by a bystander

No. Oregon just had a tragedy. They don't need wide-eyed Kash to make things worse.
