What most people who commented before me seem to have missed is that this is talking about business-to-business customers.

Don't worry, your patronage is not worth enough to them to bother spinning up a LLM for.

And my phone's hardware amortization and electrical consumption costs 1% of my entire discretionary spending. Good luck squeezing that out of me in a marginal increase in profit for one company I could buy things from.
