It looks like this time around, it's unclear what happened, as the driver seems to have had no reason to attack anyone on that field. |

The driver, a 34-year-old woman, is in custody, authorities said, and cooperating with the investigation. Authorities did not say whether they believed the incident was intentional. It looks like this time around, it's unclear what happened, as the driver seems to have had no reason to attack anyone on that field.
Should have had ICE there to shoot at the car. |
