I know for a fact Bass gives zero notice for her "safe" inside bullshit. She has goons show up at people's living locations and they tape their homes off and won't let them in to save their belongings while they visibly enjoy throwing away people's lives/belongings. (LAPD, Streets and Sanitation workers, and a dick named Carlos.)
