Hiding behind the objectively true statement that "antizionism is not antisemitism" to spread conspiracies about Isreal as a state that could have been lifted directly from "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion" is cowardly antisemitism at worst and intellectually dishonest at best. Isreal is a genocidal rogue state run by a fascist extremist government <- true statement, not antisemitic Fran...

So you do equate the actions of Isreal with all Jews then. Interesting.

If youre wondering why the US media is suddenly covering France is because there's violence.

See when america was founded we rebelled against our social betters. Then those what were in the colonial bourgeois became the new elite class. That bourgeois looked at the French revolution with horror because regular people - not the landed gentry that Adams, Jefferson, Hamilton, Washington, Jay, and Madison were from - and realized real quick that a revolution could happen to them too.

So what did they do? They vilified the revolution. They condemned the violence. And used it as a way to keep colonial Americans from revolution again.

Every time we have something approaching a riot in america this same playbook is used: focus on the violence, dont talk about the reasons for the protests and dont talk about how those protesters have been ignored when they were peaceful. Just paint anything other than someone holding a sign as violence and you can keep a lid on your people.

If we go the way of france, I am quite certain that the utter depravity of the violence here will make Europeans go pale.

This is why I don't understand the point of the riots. Every time famers in France get less money or more environmental rules, riots. Every time people are told you have to retire later, because the current system is going to collapse, riots. It's the goto move, but almost no structural changes are made. France needs to understand they can't maintain the current system.

They could tell the USA to FO and tax billionaires out of existence.

A system that was balanced before neo-liberal reforms. And even before before when it was only managed by trade unions.
Rightist reform make the State take over the healthcare and then reduced the contribution on wages.
Let the workers self-managed

The US is basically a gargantuan experiment that analyzes every possible way of people fighting to improve their lives, and ensuring it never happens.

Even if France would change back exactly to how things where in 1970, that is not going to fix this. People are getting older (so more years retired and more years with extra healthcare) and at the same time there is a lower birth rate. France went from about 3.1 working contributors per retiree in 1970 to just 1.8 in 2024.

Al developed counties have this problem and they all struggle to solve this, France also has a huge debt.

Debts have been canceled, and half of the wealth is go for a few hundred families. Demography argument is used to not address inequalities
