Teens can get to things on computers despite the adults trying to stop them? When did that happen?!

I'd have been surprised if it was otherwise. This is a social problem, and it isn't going to be fixed with only technical barriers.

Oh no!

The only solution is more surveillance! We must all submit a scan of someone's driver's license trusting that the tech bros will delete it and then store it forever keeping it safe behind the password "12345". And, certainly not sell it to whoever has the money to buy it.
