if you make chowder using powdered potatoes you've got powder powered chowder 🤣🤣🤣

On a tangent, I've found potato flour to be an excellent stew & soup thickener, which also adds a creamy taste and helps balance too much sharpness (etc) due to some other ingredient.

It's not exactly a rib-tickling experience, but when it works, it usually puts a smile on my face. 🙂

I got accepted for a new job I interviewed for. Apparently they were unanimous in finding me to be the most proficient candidate.

After many tries and near misses it's very joyful to get that news. The self confidence got a proper boost.

Found out a froyo shop near me has a $6 cup deal on Tuesdays where you can fill up the cup to your hearts desire and pay the same price. I already tested that shop twice previously and my lactose intolerant ass is able to handle it, so I’m going there later today!
