One child is praying to the Christian God, represented by the cross on the wall. The other child is praying to Ganesh, a Hindu God. They are both praying to their respective Gods to win the same thing, so Jesus and Ganesh are fighting over who wins |

Idk, that axe looks more ceremonial than anything (look at the narrow haft). Too hard a swing might just snap it. |
