happened in the 80's with over saturation of shitty titles. Nintendo had to invent a seal specifically because of too many shitty games. Other companies developed their own methods of verification (Gabe Newell famously is an ex Microsoft employee) ID literally creates the .bsp file type. NOBODY else had this technology or access The result was: innovation. in the years following the 80s game cr...
while the 80s crash did lead to nintendo tightening up restrictions to the nintendo NES platform, gabe didn't invent the bsp - that's Henry Fuchs and Bruce Naylor. everyone had access to bsp tech because it was literally a standard printed in Computer Graphics: Principles and Practice. Gabe came along later, licensed the tech ID built on top of all that, and that's where Half Life comes from. The links you assert aren't there. |

You're making a moving the goalpost fallacy, a false analogy fallacy, a false dilemma/TINA fallacy, a strawman fallacy, a non sequitur fallacy, and an irrelevant premise fallacy, all of them at the same time. The fucking point is: Capitalism is being forced into everyone and if anyone dares to refuse it and try something different, they're fucking destroying these people. That one system is the...
No it isn’t. |

You made the claim that their investors made the choice to take the demo away. I asked for evidence, which you still lack and talk like fluff only. I don't believe your claim until you prove it.
That isn't how hypotheses work at all, and to state that I made "a claim" is disingenuous at best. Of the two, yours is the less rational one. Not a judgment of your person, at least initially. 😑 |

On what basis do you have a hyptheses? Does the indie company even have investors??? You ignored my previous questions questioning your statement, that is untrue until proven or bringing arguments. You made a baseless claim and now you attack anyone who does not believe your random thoughts without justification. |

See how you dodge the most basic questions, but attack on a personal level. I ask again: Does the indie company have investors or are you pulling nonsense from your asshole and attack people who question your questionable statements? |

I'd say bring back Steam Greenlight, but given how many people are OK with AI sludge, I don't think that would have the effect I'd want it to. I think Steam should put a moratorium on genAI use until they can figure out how to manage it better. An outright ban would be even better still, but I'm not sure how well that would go over. |

Sure… so let’s include Tetris. Now, how does your ONE game stack up against the rest? Facebook kid, everything in your entire wold that you e hit is the product of capitalism. But please… continue the manufactured outrage. It’s funny! Oh and by the way: March 2nd 2026 And the Guinness Book of Records also disagrees with you. But either way, nothing is going to stop your little ball-fisted fever...
The billionaires aren't going to invite you to their island bud. Simping for them isn't a cute look. |

That's not what it means to be a copycat. No one talks about games being inspired.
Magic Survival looks like a copycat of Vampire Survivors. Try it on Android phone and let me know if you still think "copycat" is incorrect. Smash TV from the 1990s could be called "inspiration", also recommend playing that :) |

A game from same genre or being inspire by is not a copycat. A copycat is basically the same game. But Magic Survival is not. You have probably a different definition than me, for the word "copycat". |
