I voted no since the bill was written specifically to only benefit this one place, and it was written by a guy principally involved with the same institute. |

with 3 people, it smells like a money laundering type scheme. this wont help with hiring more researchers, people who need to get the foot in the door. almost all the props are worded in a way to confuse the voters, into either benefiting the ones who wrote the prop. 4bn should be helping people in biotech finding jobs, or offering lab opportunities. |
