According to the document, she literally didn’t prosecute the case at all.

She refused to do anything.

Over the past six months, Plaintiff Ann Altman has refused to appear for an independent medical examination (“IME”) despite accommodations and multiple opportunities to do so, ignored other discovery obligations, caused delays that required modifications to the case-management order, and failed to meaningfully prosecute her case—willfully violating multiple court orders along the way.

You gotta do something if you want a case to proceed.
