Extremely useful for games that only run in full screen. There are many tweaks you can apply to them, such as hooking XInput or mapping a X360 controller to specific keys, force screen size and several other things

The top issue on the related GitHub flags this website as a sketchy impersonator site trying to MITM prospective users: https://github.com/DxWnd/DxWnd.reloaded/issues/10

Haven't tried myself, but "Run in Window" is a toggle-able option. Might be possible
