I do not. I have a strict "no naps or caffeine after 3 pm" rule, otherwise I can't get to sleep at night. But a 2 pm nap, I absolutely fw like you do

I can tell I have a ~90 minute sleep cycle and I enter the first one after about 30 minutes, because there are only certain lengths of nap that work for me: <30 minutes, 2 hours or 3.5 hours. 3.5 hours is definitely a warning sign I'm not sleeping enough or I'm sick or not doing well with my mental health or something.

I prefer biphasic sleep over naps. The quiet time I get at night is precious to me.
