As if they do maintence. They'd just blame tenants for the "damages" keep the deposit and slap some from paint to hide the broken shit until a nother sucker comes along and repeat the cycle.

Boo fucking hoo. If you want to limit use to your property, buy a hotel and rent out at an hourly rate. Otherwise, if I pay per month of rent, I use per month as I see fit. Don't like it? Raise the rent and whine that nobody wants your overpriced shithole.
