Being "in the Epstein files" doesn't mean "was on the Island" or "had sex with children". It means their name was mentioned in the files. Often that's because they exchanged emails with Epstein. But, there are people who are "in the Epstein files" because their names were mentioned in an email. There are a few unfortunate people who were "in the Epstein files" because they were mentioned in passing, something like "did you see X's new comedy special?" or "I liked the new book by Y".

There are entire articles and slide decks that are completely irrelevant to any illegal activity. You can literally look up "ghostbusters" and get 12 results. "Bucket" has 663 results. Norman Finkelstein is a good example. Some guy kept copying him in to emails with Epstein which he ignored. Eventually he quoted the testimony of one of Epstein's victims and essentially said he would throttle Epstein to death if she was his own daughter.

Yeah, the base model might, possibly, come out (though judging by previous performance, pretty good chance it won't). The fan one could possibly, but it's more of a gimmick than anything (also going to be very annoying for maintenance). The ones with the tanks though? Yeah, severely doubt it, especially the flying one. Like you said, investment grift. That doesn't even seem to have paid off, judging by stock price. And, if somehow it DOES come out, it'll be severely compromised. Like having a battery that lasts like 10 minutes or something. And probably be running those COPVs way above normal safety limits.
