His attorney called them "false and defamatory" and said they intend to pursue legal action against those responsible, but did not specify whom.

I'll believe that Kushner will deny the accusations under oath when it happens. Bet he just tweets mad about it.

Vanity Fair is likely familiar with the libel laws and had its ducks in a row before publishing.

Whereas CBS is Bari Weiss's reactionary media project now, and is used to run interference for fascists.
