I need to try that. I've been trying to up my ramen game. To get this correct: egg, mayo (Kewpie!), sauce packet mixed together? Does the hot water go over the mixture?

Yeah ๐Ÿ‘

It's like a creamy sauce before the noodles and water. Don't drain the noodles and don't do anything to the noodles and water

Kewpie for the win
