The 30-second spot, titled “SC-01: That’s Nancy,” went up on YouTube Oct. 19 and began airing yesterday in Charleston and Savannah as “part of the committee’s coordinated spending in key battleground districts.”

It features Mount Pleasant Mayor Will Haynie, “a lifelong Republican supporting a Democrat for Congress.” Specifically, it highlights Lacore’s support for a transgender sports ban, with Haynie stating she would “protect girls’ sports,” a statement that a campaign representative confirmed refers to barring transgender girls from girls’ sports.

When people tell you who they are, believe them.

Dems think peeling the "we hate trans people and also trump" votes will gain them more than in a few key races than the damage done by fueling the perception that they are not meaningfully different from fascists.

Democratic leadership, doing everything in their power to lose as usual.

They're unprincipled. Now, to be fair, the Democrats have a few key issues they actually take a stance on, believe in, and will not budge, like committing genocide, but most of their positions are all just completely unprincipled people-pleasing, like "whatever political position will give us the most support in whatever area that's the one we claim to have." That's why some places they say they support trans people and other places they say transphobic stuff. They will just be whatever is popular.

Even most of the fascists don't really believe in what they're doing. Some like miller are diehard ideologues but most republicans are just saying whatever vile lies the job requires of them.
