I'm not sure which country you're in, but here in the US, we are 100% powerless to do anything meaningful about any of this. Both ruling parties here are 100% Pro-Israeli genocide. (Even despite the fact that a majority of voters oppose it.)

I am in the US, and this learned helplessness + loss aversion when we've already been losing is the main obstacle.
