My main question is:

Should we amend the rules to "Tankies aren't real communists. So don't act like they are." with usually only taking action if the rhetoric by the user is favorable of tankie or is an ignorant right-wing view of leftists?

Like honestly, if you ask me, this comm should mainly be for people on the left who are opposed to tankies and with me as a mod, a lot of right-wing talking points (anti-queer stuff, racism etc.) wont be tolerated here.

Just leave a comment if you like the idea or have suggestions if you think if could be worded better or is missing something.

I think those are already covered under the existing rules on hate speech and apologia.

Idk that the rules are the right place for it, but i think it might be worth emphasizing somewhere. This comm can occasionally drift a little lib-y and start criticizing tankies for their communist opinions instead of just their authoritarian opinions. As an an-com it can feel a little unwelcoming sometimes
